I’m having the same problem! I just made a post. Support is not helpful, at all. My Charge 4 was working just fine, but suddenly, I’m having to charge it, 2-3 x week. It’s ridiculous. Support won’t honor my extended warranty.If so, I'd recommend doing the following: Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date. Log out of your Fitbit App. Force quit the App. Restart your Charge 2, 3 times in a row. Turn off the Bluetooth. Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes. Turn on the Bluetooth.
